When I try to test the follower, I get a long scroll bar

When I am in obs, and I try to test the follower alert, It plays the sound I uploaded, but the image is just a long scroll bar across the screen. I would upload an image but i am a new user, so here is a link to the image. http://imgur.com/vIIIsTa
