What do I do if the songrequests are going to the queue, but the songs won't actually play. Even the non requested ones aren't playing

I’m helping out a streamer who’s live. The songs ARE going in the queue, but when he presses the little blue play button, it immediately stops.

The broadcaster needs to stream the AutoDJ to the stream for people to hear the requested songs. This is usually done by configuring OBS/XSplit to capture desktop audio from the computer they are streaming on.
