I am trying to make an !watchtime command but I know Nightbot does not track viewer watch time. Does anyone know of other API's that I could use so I could do a command like a URL fetch or something?

It is not possible to implement a watch time command for Twitch as Twitch does not expose a viewer's watch time to third parties.
