!watchtime command using counters

the !watchtime command for streamelements is unreliable, and i can likely create individual !countup commands for nightbot, but those would be far less reliable And they would be a constant hassle.

a moderator, xgerhard, has created a custom api for timer commands, and i would like to know if we can set these commands to time multiple instances. {Example: timer for touser1 is 00:21[mins]:03[secs] … timer for touser2 is 00:03[mins]:21[secs] … etc}

each viewer could start [or stop then start] their own timer, maybe, soon as they enter the stream, it just wouldn’t reset if the viewer has to refresh or something. …

idk … just think it would be a smart way to do the !watchtime ting.
