No but you can make one 

!addcom !play LINK-TO-PLAY-GAME-HERE

What if the game changes? I mean, if I'm playing, for example, 4v4 in any server of any game and then I change lobby, if I put a link as command it won't change with the lobby, it will be the same of the 4v4: I think it's a variable, but I haven't seen anything about it in the docs, like $(game ...)

Add a second command to update it

!addcom !update -a=!editcom !play $(query)

Use:
!update NEW-LINK

Also night bot has no function to do this automatically natively
