At the commands site I am able to view the commands created, but if there is anything within, like a [eval] [urlfetch] I am not able to see the whole formula although I created it.
Can only the channel owner view the whole command?

Yes, only the Owner can see the full command without having to click on Edit.
Maybe Managers will be able to in the future, but this isn’t the case for now.
Thank you very much for answering @Emily, at least I can now add more than 2 songs at once to the queue as manager ^^
