User level override

My use case is that I wish to allow a user full access of chat commands independent of their role on Twitch.

Currently we are able to set a user as a regular. However the current user levels have a predefined hierarchy of Owner>Mod>VIP>Regular>Sub>All.
Which means with elevated privilege they'll still be below Mods and VIPs.

It should be able to be implemented using the current regulars system but allow different user levels.

Hope it can be added!

Hey @Lively Dolphin!

Wouldn't setting the command's userlevel as Everyone do what you're looking for? Or am I missing something?

I want them to have mod level access for Nightbot commands, but not actually mod them on Twitch.
