urlfetch not work

Hi there!

I’ve been trying to make a command by using urlfetch. Just simple: $(urlfetch http://ip:port/script.php?q=$(query))

But Nightbot say: Error Connecting To Remote Server

Any of this IPs: 188.114.208.0/24; 109.200.156.0/24 not work.

Hiya, are these scripts publicly accessible? Also the load time should be a few seconds, or the request will time-out.
