When I use !rank command Nightbot says

Unexpected token 'R', "Remote Ser"... is not valid JSON

Please help How to fix this

This error can occur if a third party API you're leveraging is returning an invalid response to Nightbot. You may need to reach out to the person who operates the API you're using for the rank command.
