Hello,
Currently, I have successfully added around 70 songs to my playlist on SoundCloud one by one. However, I now have a new playlist containing 22 songs, and I’m unable to transfer them in bulk. I used to do this without any issues before, but now I’m encountering an error. I can only add the songs one at a time, which is very time-consuming.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

If you refer to the copy on the modal, it states to enter an individual song. You probably are looking for the Import Playlist action, which is accessible by clicking on the triple dots button next to the Import Song button.
