Unable to see or use the bttv emote icon

i have my bttv emote enabled and gif enabled but i cant see the little smile face next to the viewer list please help

You need to enable the Emote Menu in the Better TTV settings to see the custom emote menu.

So just to confirm, you have all three emote settings toggled on?

If so, try following these steps from the BetterTTV Debugging page.

Try clearing your cookies and cache from the beginning of time.

If that doesn’t work, there may be another add-on conflicting with BetterTTV. Disable all other addons and check if that fixes your problem. If so, toggle the addons on again slowly and find out which is problematic. Otherwise, disable your antivirus/firewall and check if that fixes the problem.
