I’m currently trying to set up my twitch stream, I do it directly off of my Xbox, and use a pc without a capture card for chat and nightbot, I was wondering if it’s possible to use AutoDJ without streaming through the pc using a capture card or is it not possible?

Hiya, unfortunately that would not be possible. Since the xbox can't grab the audio from your PC. You might have a workaround with having AutoDJ play from your pc/phone in the background in your mic, however the quality might not be the greatest.
