Noticed with the Twitch API - subscriberCount it's only available for the Owner to add this into a commands from the portal. It may be worth adding a note into the Nighbot Docs about this as I spent a few hours figuring out why this wasn't working.

From the documentation:

subscriberCount - the number of subscribers a channel has (only available when querying from the desired channel)
