In a Twitch stream I mod for, some trolls abused the song request feature for Nightbot, so we banned him from chat for requesting only troll songs. However, this user bypassed the chat ban by requesting the songs directly through the Nightbot website. How can I make sure this doesn’t happen?
When a user is timed out, they should be prevented from requesting from the website as well. If this is not the case, you may need to re-ban/re-timeout their account.
