Постоянно флудит я уже удалил тайм команду, саму команду, все удалил а он флудит!

Go to your dashboard, edit the command(s) that have such issue, and clear the Alias field.

Please use English on the forum, I'm French, and yet I take the time to write in English.
I might read and partially understand Russian, but that's not a reason.
Use a translator to write in English if you need, readers shouldn't have to.

Then you might have a timer with an alias, check them all and clear the Alias fields.
