Tip Alert freezing when I change Font Size

I can not see any reason for it to be acting this way. When ever I adjust it above 30px (even just to 31px) it causes the tip alert to freeze up entirely. Code Below.

::-webkit-scrollbar {
visibility: hidden;
}
body {
background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
margin: 0px auto;
}

#tip-alert {
width: 400px !important;
height: 326px !important;
-webkit-animation: fadeInDown 8.5s ease-out, fadeOutUp 4s 8.5s ease-in-out;
-webkit-animation-duration: 2s;
-webkit-animation-iteration: 1;
}

#new-tip {
margin: 0px !important;
padding: 0px !important;
width: 250px !important;
position: absolute !important;
top: 130px !important;
left: 70px !important;
font-size: 30px !important;
color: #520000 !important;
font-family: ‘YouMurderer BB’ !important;

}

@-webkit-keyframes fadeInDown {
0% {
opacity: 1;
-webkit-transform: translate3d(0, -100%, 0);
}

100% {
opacity: 1;
-webkit-transform: none;
}
}

@-webkit-keyframes fadeOutUp {
0% {
opacity: 1;
}

100% {
opacity: 1;
-webkit-transform: translate3d(0, -100%, 0);

The font size cannot be changed without modifying the page source. Usernames are automatically resized to fit properly if they are too long. By changing the font size you cause it to enter an infinite loop.
