I'm not understanding the timers. I would like a more random setting on the timers to promote conversations.
Timers at 10, 14, 22 mnutes so that they seem more random for each timer (getting out of sync)

Unfortunately at the moment we don't allow timers to randomly execute. Due to technical limitations we precompute when timers should fire based on their configuration and they are only queried and executed when it is time for them to run.
