Yes but it shows the date month and rime and I just want the time

If you'd take 5 minutes to read the documentation, under the advanced usage there's a formatting guide link that tells you how to write your command, there's even an example in that section showing you how to write it properly, example that give hints when it comes to exactly what you're asking for.
