The timers do not work correctly

Hey @Upbeat Lobster!
There's an important line of text to not miss on the timer creation panel:
This is interval at which the timer repeats. Times are exact per hour (for example: 15 minutes is at 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45, etc).
So if you set it up at 20 minutes, then the message will be posted at: h:00, h:20, h:40, h+1:00, h+1:20, etc.
