The Nightbot don't sync the roles with twitch. They are connected with twitch on discord but they won't be synchronized with it. We waited 15minutes but nothing happens.

Same here.
Literally tried everything and yet can't make it work for me.

Syncs run every 15 minutes, and they only run for users who were active in your Discord server for those past 15 minutes. Make sure users that are trying to be synced are chatting in a channel Nightbot is also able to see. Keep in mind that Nightbot also needs Manage Roles permission and the roles you are trying to sync users to must be lower than Nightbot's in your Discord Server Settings (or Discord prevents Nightbot from giving them the role).
