Subscription Time command?

So. I’ve tried this API command recently; https://api.rtainc.co/twitch/subs/length?token=TOKEN&name=USERReturns.
The thing is, it isn’t showing the right time for the users. It’s not correct at all. People who have 10 months subtime, have 8 months according to Nightbot, People who have 4 months, have 2-3 months of subtime according to Nightbot.

Are there any fixes for this bug? - This command is pretty neat, since it shows how “loyal” people are in the chat, according to subtime.

This is because that user from one point or another have canceled it. If a user selects “Do not renew” then the time is reset. This is not the same at the grace period allowed in order to maintain your subscription length. From the creator of it:
