Currently returns:

Streamer logged into nighbot again to refresh oauth code so that's not the issue.

Hey @Mauve Crab!

You said the streamer logged into the dashboard again, but what I wonder is if they did it like we recommend, which is once you're in the dashboard: log out, then log back in; loading the dashboard is often not enough.

Also, if they recently changed username on Twitch, you should try parting the bot from the chat, and then make it join again.
