If problem persists, please contact support.

Pouvez-vous m'aider?

merci

Hey @Frosty Unicorn!

We only offer support in English, even if I'm French please let us continue in English, so the support you get can help other people.

You're saying your subscriber command stopped working:
$(twitch $(channel) "{{displayName}} has ${{subscriberCount}} subscribers.")
You get the following error message:
Error: Unknown Error Occurred. If problem persists, please contact support.

I tested your command and it works just fine on my side, so the issue isn't the code (note, I made sure to use the right quotation marks: " and not “”, but this wouldn't cause the error you mention). So I think the issue may be due to your authorization token being expired, to fix that, go to nightbot.tv, log out if you're already logged in, and log back in again. If the issue persists, try parting and re-joining the bot. Also, please make sure the bot is a moderator.
