I mod for a channel who got banned and his sub count wont work no matter what tried every variation of sub count what should i do

Hey @Lanky Sheep!

Usually such issue is resolved by having the streamer log back into their Nightbot's dashboard, if he's still logged in, he needs to log out first (he can find the option by clicking on his profile pic in the top right corner), and then log back in.

Please use the search bar before opening a new topic, this has been addressed countless of times.
