Nightbot : Not authorized to access channel's subscriptions. Has the channel owner logged into the Nightbot control panel?

Have you read the error message and done what it says to do? If you're still logged in, log out then log back in.

The same thing has happened to me, I parted the channel and joined multiple times I also unmodded nightbot and modded back and the command is still not working, pls help

That's still not what the bot asks you to do, which is log back in the dashboard, parting and joining the channel again are the steps to try if logging out and back in didn't work.
