Hi, When Thatsanton uses !subcount i get this error message Unknown Error Occurred. If problem persists, please contact support. It worked before he got banned for a few hours.

!subs = $(twitch $(channel) "{{displayName}} har {{subscriberCount}} subs!! .")

How to fix this?

Likely the account owner needs to re-auth with Nightbot. Please have them log back into the dashboard at https://nightbot.tv/login
