My nightbot is not able to grab my sub count. I am a new affiliate with 6 subs, so I’m not sure if that is why it can’t grab it but the command told me to contact support so here I am.

Does Nightbot gives you an error? If so, I suggest following what it says.
Either way, we’ll need more info to help you further, such as your command’s code and the eventual error you’re getting.
