Sub Count Incorrect

Using “$(twitch subcount)” gives the incorrect sub count compared to the one that shows up on the dashboard. Any idea of why this is happening?

Hi,

I noticed same problem, nightbot internal subcount command and also with external api calls gives lower results than check in twitch dashboard. probably caused by new tiers for 9,99$ and 24,99$, for the streamer they count as 2 and 6 normal subs.

regards Anti

We return what Twitch’s API gives us. Unfortunately it’s not something we can fix.

I’d love for subscriber points to be available too. Anyone know if this is coming?

Unfortunately as was previously mentioned, none of that data is available via the Twitch API. While we can see the plan individual users subscribed to we have no totals returned that we can rely on.
