!sub command not retrieving data

When trying to make a subcount command and calling the command in chat, nightbot responds with "Not authorized to access channel's subscriptions. Has the channel owner logged into the Nightbot control panel?" I am signed into the control panel and have signed out and back in 3+ times, that's the only fix I've seen on other peoples posts, if anyone knows of another fix please help! Thanks

It works now, not sure what I was doing wrong still, the command was "Current Subscribers: $(twitch subcount)" But it seemed to fix itself last night after another log in.
