I’m not sure if this is an issue with Streamtip or TNotifier but when I get a new donation their message is always “Undefined” after their name. When I refresh that tab the message then pops up with whatever they wrote. Is this something I need to fix with StreamTip?
I’ve had this issue for over a week and I thought it would just go back to normal but it still hasn’t.
If this issue has been happening for over a week, it most likely is an issue with TNotifier and you will want to open a support ticket with them to investigate.
Thank you for responding! Sad thing is, I have opened a support ticket with them, they just haven’t responded.
