Streamtip Alert too fast

Hi guys,

Anyone else have the issue where their music is cut short and the Img of who donate shows up and disappears too fast? I tried putting on delays but am unable to control the speed which is comes up and goes away in 2 seconds. Im using similar animations on my follower alert and it is controlled much nicer.
