Streamer added me as an editor, they said they know it worked because they saw my pfp but im not seeing the option for their account on my drop down below my account. I logged out and logged back in, still nothing.

Tell them to please make sure you're on the list here, with your username properly written, and if it's the case and you still can't see their account when clicking on your name at the top right, despite having logged out and back in, then that's probably a bug.
By the way, by clicking on the link in this post, you should see if you're their editor as well.
