Spotify can only be played from the Nightbot desktop client

Every time I try to upload a spotify playlist the music will not play and this message pops up. I am using my desktop and am trying to figure out how to get this “desktop client” since I am pretty sure it is what I am using, how do I get this music to play?

I am attempting to download the windows file and it sends my to a website that says “website offline”
