I'm gonna start this off by saying I'm only a moderator for the Twitch channel and a Nightbot manager, not the channel owner.
Recently Nightbot hasn't been timeouting people for messages that usually fall within the spam filters. Their message gets deleted and that's it. The warnings are also not displayed so people don't get any info about their offense.
In Twitch chat it only shows deleted message, in the Nighbot dashboard it still displays a 5 second timeout.
I've had the bot rejoin, disabled and re-enabled the filters, nothing seems to work.

Sorry about the delay.
I think what you're referring to is the recent updates Nightbot has, if I'm not mistaken, the bot now deletes the message upon first offense, and times out the user if they keep misbehaving.
It's possible the dashboard hasn't been updated to reflect those changes, hence the conflict in only seeing a message being deleted and the dashboard reporting it as a timeout.
You should still see a warning displayed tho', are you sure the Silent box on your Spam Protection Filters isn't checked?
