None of my songrequests go through on one specific channel. Nightbot says its in the songlist/queue, but when I check, it’s not.

I don’t seem to be experiencing any of this issues, the requesting process and queue is working fine. Is there maybe something you did with Custom Commands or AutoDJ settings to cause this?
