Song requests volume not working

ever since last week for some reason when i use the volume command in chat the volume wont change at all. itll popup that the volume changed but the volume bar wont move at all

I also have this issue with the Nightbot app. If I try to change the volume by clicking the slider it will max out and I cannot change it. Also the hotkeys Control + Shift + U/D show the slider changing momentarily but it immediately reverts to the previous volume without changing it at all. The chat commands however do still work.

I would love just being able to go back to the legacy version which worked fine.
