Song requests: video not embeddable?

Hi there,

This just started happening recently but most of the songs that I get requested now are getting error “video not embeddable”. It says it gets added to the queue but nothing plays. This was working just fine about a week ago or so. What could of caused this? Is it something youtube changed or what? or how can I fix it?

It can be caused by a variety of reasons, including player/geo restrictions, player errors (due to extensions like ad block), or anything really. You'd have to look into seeing if embedding these particular videos works.

As grateful as I am for this answer, it is useless. We have the same problem here randomly with multiple videos and no clue how to resolve this other than by putting down NB for a working solution. But we want to keep NB. So…bad luck.

and can’t find any cure. No knowledgebase entry or else. . Some videos cannot be embedded and other error messages appear.
