I just requested a song and checked if it is in the queue It said it is in the queue, but the queue never updates and the requested song was not played until I refresh the page

It sounds like your browser is having trouble connecting to our realtime service. If you're using a proxy or VPN, you could try disabling that to see if the issue is resolved. Sometimes clearing your cookies/cache can help too.
