I want to make song requests on nightbot sub only. When I set the user level it does work as a command. However I’ve realized that anyone logged in nightbot can request a song bypassing the user level at the song queue page that can be reached through !songs list. This seems like a loop hole that needs to be fixed, otherwise the user level minimum is useless.

The website does require you to have the same permission as requesting in chat. In addition, users must have typed in chat recently in order to request (meaning banned users are unable to request).
The exception to this rule, however, is your “exempt userlevel” configured in the song request settings. If you set that to “everyone,” then limits like this no longer apply to everyone.
