Some commands no longer working

We can't help with such little details.

1. What kind of commands are you talking about, default commands or custom commands?
2. If it's custom commands, what's the commands' code?
3. Do you get an error message? What does it say? Have you tried following the error's recommendation (if any)?

These are questions I shouldn't have to ask, you should already have provided all that information (link expired).
Failing to exhaustively answer those questions in details will lead to no or partial support, because we simply can't help when we have no information.
