!shoutout command

So when I do the shoutout command for some reason where it would say the username then It shows three astericks instead. How do I change it?

@Burly Owl Heya! It will be appreciated if you send your command code. Though basic shoutout command is something like this:

Ritik: !shoutout
Nightbot: Here is the SHOUTOUT to Ritik.

And its code is like this:

!addcom -cd=5 shoutout Here is the SHOUTOUT to $(user)
