Shout out command does work on one channel, but not on the other

So I’ve been using a shout out command that works with and without @ in front of the name Example:
!so Cwookie
!so @Cwookie

The code works and when an @ is used it gets removed from the response in the URL. On another channel it isn’t working when !so @Cwookie is used. It gives me an “Unkown Twitch Channel” response.

What could be the cause of the exact same code working on one channel, but not on another?

/me $(twitch $(eval $(touser).replace(/@/g,"")) “▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ imGlitch Make sure you check out $(touser) and show them some love! {{url}} ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬”)

The channel it does work on is natalieholmesmusic. The channel it doesn’t work on is ortoPilot

Hiya, treat the $(touser) as text, like this, instead of pasting it directly in your eval:

That should hopefully fix that issue.

If you’re not already wearing a cape, please do. You’re a hero <3

Can confirm it works!
