I have been trying to create a shoutout command when I use the (user) variable it works for my username but when I use " Please take a moment to check out $(touser). Give them a follow at $(twitch $(touser) "{{url}} They were last playing {{game}}") " the last part comes back as unknown twitch channel

The following command should work: 

$(twitch $(touser) "Please take a moment to check out {{displayName}}! Give them a follow at {{url}} They were last playing {{game}}.")

If you keep getting the "unknown twitch channel" error, make sure you type the name of the person you're shouting out properly.

Hey. Is it possible to change nightbots name?

This is not possible to do on any of the streaming services for which Nightbot is available (Twitch, YouTube, Mixer).
