I am the main mod of a streamer discord, I set up the role syncing, I moved the nightbot role with admin permission up to every role but it doesn't work for any role. Please help me to fix it

Role syncing occurs every 15 minutes and only targets users who have spoken in the past 15 minutes. Make sure the users you are trying to sync have spoken and have connected their Twitch account to Discord.

Thank you for the answer, just another thing, what do you mean with speak? You mean just write something or join a vocal chat?
