Rerun announcements while only in rerun

Is there a way to have nightbot announce periodically that I'm in a rerun only while in reruns? I've tried setting a custom timer when i start a rerun but it won't even announce that. Is it possible to have the bot say something to the effect "This is not live. You are currently watching a rerun." Every 10 minutes or so while I'm running reruns?

Most issues with configuring timers stem from lack of understanding the chat lines requirement. This is the number of lines that must be said in chat during the 5 minutes before a timer is set to trigger. Anticipating not as much activity in chat during reruns, I advise setting this to the minimum of 2 lines.

I understand that, you don't understand my question. I want the bot to only make this announcement while I'm in a rerun.

The timer has a disable/enable button next to it on the dashboard. Enable it during reruns and disable it if else.
