Is it possible to have nightbot to whisper the list of all regulars to the specific channel? I’d put that command to userlevel mod so not everyone can access to this information as well.

This is not possible, sorry. You can only grab a list of commands and regulars through the Nightbot control panel. Listing anything in chat is generally a bad idea, since list length is always a concern. Twitch only allows a maximum of 500 characters per message, so going over this limit is fairly easy with a list and it’s not feasible for us to split into multiple lines due to Twitch also enforcing rate limits.
