One is regarding the recent and top donations not saving every time I open streamtip alerter up. Is this a current bug that you guys are fixing? Before you ask, yes I configured my settings so that the check mark box next to “top tip” and “most recent tip” are UNCHECKED.
I have been entering these manually every time I stream and it is quite frustrating.
This brings me to my 2nd question regarding Monthly Fee’s. Do you guys charge based on tips I personally created or just from actual donations via paypal? Obviously the tips I manually created are not real and I was wondering if my monthly fee will be increased because of this. (I’m sure it is not but I wanted to double check.)
If you are running the latest version of the downloadable alerter, there should be no issues. Keep in mind that if you leave the top tip checkbox unchecked it will pull the top tip for the current day.
No, we do not. You can also check your Account settings to see the fee so far this billing period to verify if you must.

What I like to do is just put the top donation of every month on my stream not the top donation of the day. Is that not possible with streamtip?
