I’m in a server as a head admin, just under co-owner and owner. I got on today to find all of the head admins demoted and the trial mods demoted plus an admin. I can’t find the panel for demoting users, but I woke up to a mass of chaos. Is there a way the owner could use nightbot to mass demote people?

As far as I know, Nightbot can’t do such thing, this is management done in the server settings, what you’re describing seems to be a decision of the owner and/or co-owner of the server, so this is something you’ll have address with them, not here.
