Random *ACTIVE* user from chat without !winner

How do I pick a random person who has posted a message in twitch chat for the last, lets say, 15 minutes? I found a way to pick a random user, but it might call off random lurkers.

Use !winner

The !winner command allows you and your moderators to pick a random active user in chat. It will pick randomly from a list of every user who has spoken in the past 10 minutes.

Can I use it so that I only use the ‘user’ output of the !winner command?

Sorry but we don’t allow for the customization of default variables. The !winner command is the only way to access this data. Perhaps in the future a random chatter variable might be added.
