Question about using someone's likeness as an emote

Hopefully this is the right place to ask,

I was wondering can someone make a custom emote with your face without permission? If not what are the proper steps to take to have it removed?

I am asking for a streamer I am moderate for and who is currently out of town but they would like to know this information.

You can’t make and upload an emote of somebody else’s face without their permission (and proof of)
